Exhibitors should submit their ads according to the following printer’s specs:

Customer supplied ads (Color) should be digital files (pdf., jpg, tif. eps.) at 300 dpi at 100% of the size at which they will print. (PDF preferred)

Color Ads should be sent in CMYK as some color shift normally occurs when converting from RGB.  Convert hi-res CMYK Photoshop files to lo-res RGB JPEG for E-mail proofs. Exhibitor is responsible for content and color of supplied ads. Copy will be reformatted to fit layout, but Exhibitor is responsible for copy corrections. Ads should be E-mailed or sent on a CD “Camera Ready”.
